Average hotel, not what I expected from the price we payed.

The area where the hotel is located is where the main restaurants, bars and caffès are located. Rooms are equipped with most of the things you need for your stay.

All towels and bed linen were stained (seemed dirty, even if one could tell they have been washed), the floor of the room was roughly cleaned, WI-FI did not work well on the 6th floor.

Good sized room in a good location. The staff were very helpful and polite.

The common areas smelled of strong chemicals during the day. This made it quite uncomfortable for us.

The place needs some attention from management

Location

The place wasn’t very clean. Looked like it needed some maintenance. The water in the bathroom didn’t flow out and was stagnated. They had not placed the required number of towels even though we had booked the room for a family of 4. It took a long time and multiple reminders to have them send the towels

Average due to the room not having a window that could be opened.

The buffet was nice and hotel is located in Ranjit avenue which is a Posh area. We needed help in parking our car which was provided promptly. The room Included all the baisc toiletries.

The room felt suffocating, may be due to AC vents or something. Also the window was closed and had a wall kind of a view, like we could not see outside and it felt so suffocating like we were trapped in a bright yellow room (that is their color theme) and could not see anything outside. A window is a must in hotel that charges this much.

rooms are comfortable for two only staff is polite

rooms are not comfortable for 3 in a room, if i knew before, i would have booked third room instead of sharing room as we were 6 of us. the third bed was uncomfortable had to reminder staff couple of times to clean the room, fill water etc. did not like food at all - tea / coffee was served cold, food did not have the expected level of quality nor taste. food options were almost repeated on both the days - lot of scope for improvement on food.
